Inside your MailRonin account in the top right hand corner you'll see a "Help" tab, if you click on it a pop up screen will appear where you'll find all our "support and technical questions" articles. Click on the blue "support and technical questions" tab, then you'll see the full directory of help articles. Click on the folder that relates to the help you're looking for and all the help articles will show.
You should find answers to your questions in the articles. But if not and you still need help please raise a support ticket.
